Here's your invitation to a REAL conversation about women's health topics

Pregnancy - Postpartum - Menstruation - Perimenopause - Menopause - Diastasis Recti - Pelvic Floor Dysfunction - And More

I'm tired of watered down advice.  I don't want to spell SEX with a $, and I'm done referring to the vulva as "down there." In this newsletter that's exactly what you get: a heaping portion of helpful tips that no one is talking about with a side of humor (hold the B.S. because we're too busy to sugar coat this conversation).

If you own a vagina, this newsletter is for you!

Get my insider tips to building a stronger body from your first period to your last!

Hi! I’m Carrie, Women’s Health Physical Therapist and mother of three. When I was pregnant with my first child many moons ago, I searched far and wide for an exercise class that would strengthen my body, teach me tips to make labor easier, and help me connect with other moms. No luck.

After each of my births I longed for someone to take me by the hand and gently guide me through strengthening my body safely. I was too tired to take this on myself. Hello? Anyone out there?

When I discovered I had an abdominal separation, the internet was a confusing contradiction of conflicting advice that made me want to stop moving entirely for fear I would worsen my belly. I was fearful I wouldn’t be able to do the exercises I enjoyed ever again. False!

And now as a midlife woman, I am keenly aware that the fitness community is designed around people in their 20’s and 30’s and the medical community is not prepared to properly usher us into this new phase of life.

I have used my expertise as a Women’s Health Physical Therapist, Pilates specialist, and Third Age Coach and have learned from the best of the best to design these programs according to my own “wish list”….they are the very programs I was desperately searching for in my own journey!

Love,
Carrie
